Southborough – Alida Lee Drewry Ferguson, 79, of Southborough, died Sunday, April 12, 2015 in the Coleman House of Northborough after a long illness.

She leaves her son, Brent Ferguson and his wife Doreen of Southborough; a daughter, Hope Stogryn and her husband Daryl of Ontario, Canada; six grandchildren, Amy, Paul, Nadia, Nathan, Isaac, and Mikaela; a great-grandson, Levi; and her siblings, Glen, Joy, Grace, and Ruby. She was predeceased by her sister, Brenda O’Gara.

She was born in Grasmere, N.H., daughter of C. Leighton and Eunice (Colburn) Drewry. She graduated from Weare High School and later from Concord Hospital School of Nursing. She had lived in Southborough since 1956.

Lee enjoyed quilting, baking with her grandchildren, listening to her family perform music, and long drives to Ontario to visit her daughter and family.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 18, at 12 p.m., in Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main St. (Route 30), Southborough. Calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
