Region – SpencerBANK employees recently participated in Rally for the Jimmy Fund in conjunction with Red Sox Opening Day April 13.
Employees were given the opportunity to wear Red Sox apparel in exchange for a $5 donation to the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This year, SpencerBANK employees generously donated $315 in an effort to improve the lives of cancer patients everywhere.
“We are pleased to support the Jimmy Fund,” said K. Michael Robbins, president and CEO of SpencerBANK. “Cancer has affected so many people and when the opportunity arises to raise awareness of this disease, our employees are always willing to team up and help those in need.”
