Marlborough – The Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce is seeking artists, crafters and vendors for the upcoming 20th annual Heritage Day Festival Sunday, Oct. 4, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event brings in over 2,500 attendees for this special outdoor event featuring Ethnic Entertainment, children’s activities and the annual Chili/Chowder Challenge when local restaurants compete for the title.
