Shrewsbury – Gary H. Silverstein, 56, of Shrewsbury, passed away Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015 in his home, surrounded by his family.
Gary is survived by his wife, Marilza (Lemos) Silverstein; his son, David S. Silverstein; his two step-children, Max Ribeiro and Lily Gavric; a brother, Lee Silverstein; and his grandson, Milan Gavric.
Gary was born in Chicago, Ill., the son of Seymour and Barbara (Tavlin) Silverstein. He worked as an adjustor for Foley Collison Center for many years.
Calling hours for Mr. Silverstein will be held Thursday, Sept. 10, from 6-8 p.m., in the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Planation St., Worcester.
